Every month the referred club pays their subscription, you automatically receive a free month credited to your account.

What happens if a referred club cancels?
If a referred club cancels their subscription, you’ll stop receiving rewards from that specific referral. However, any rewards already earned remain yours.
How are the free months applied?
Free months are automatically credited to your account as negative Stripe invoice items. This means your next billing amount is reduced by the value of your credits.
Can I transfer my referral rewards to another account?
No, referral rewards are tied to the specific account that earned them and cannot be transferred to other accounts or users.
What if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your ClubsHub subscription, any unused referral credits are forfeited. We recommend using your credits before canceling.
What happens if my rewards are revoked?
If we determine that rewards were earned through fraud, abuse, or violation of terms, we reserve the right to revoke those rewards. This is a protective measure to maintain program integrity.

- You must be an active ClubsHub subscriber to participate in the referral scheme
- You cannot refer clubs that you own or have ownership interest in
- Referral codes must be valid that exist in our database
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification

- For each month a referred club pays their subscription, you receive 1 free month
- Rewards are automatically credited to your account via Stripe credits
- Multiple referrals stack - you can earn multiple free months simultaneously
- Free months are applied as negative invoice items to reduce your next billing amount
- There is no limit to the number of clubs you can refer
- If you cancel your subscription, any unused credits are forfeited
Restrictions & Limitations
- Referral rewards are only available for active, paid subscriptions
- Trial periods do not qualify for referral rewards
